What counts as a confirmed visit?

The couple met at your place and your staff scanned their pass. Cancellations and no-shows cost nothing.

Our events run on set dates. Does that work?

Yes. Add each event with its date and time, and Coffee at 6 only suggests it to plans that fit.

Can I limit how many couples come?

Yes. Set a cap per slot or per event. Once it's full, you stop being suggested.

Do I have to give an offer?

No, but it helps couples pick you. A percentage, a free drink, an add-on or priority entry. Change it any time.

What do my staff need?

Any phone with a camera and your PIN. They scan the couple's pass, enter the PIN and apply the offer.

What do you share about guests?

A first name, the time and the party size. Never their profile, contacts or location.
